You’ll lead and inspire teams across multiple care homes, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care while driving performance, growth and positive change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Inspire – Coach and support Registered Managers to build strong, high-performing teams.
- Drive Excellence – Ensure CQC compliance and deliver the highest standards of care.
- Enhance service quality, occupancy, outcomes and Improve Performance operational KPIs.
- Reporting – Monitor and report on financial performance, including budgets, staffing and expenditure.
- Trusted Leader – Act as a point of escalation for complex issues or concerns from service users, families, or staff.
- Create Impact – Support recruitment, retention and talent development across the region.
- Work collaboratively – Work with internal departments such as HR, Quality and Finance.
- Shape the Future – Contribute to strategic growth and business development.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven operational leadership experience in the care sector
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and care legislation
- Experience managing multiple sites or services
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Commercial and financial awareness
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
Desirable
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting services through periods of growth and positive change
- Knowledge of digital care planning systems and workforce tools
