The Role
You’ll be a core builder on a small, high-ownership engineering team – designing, shipping, and maintaining scalable systems and user-facing product experiences that customers rely on daily. Full-stack ownership from design through to deployment and monitoring.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship production-grade features end-to-end (frontend, backend, deployment)
- Iterate quickly with direct customer feedback loops
- Partner closely with product, design, and GTM teams
- Take full ownership of projects — design, implementation, monitoring
What They’re Looking For
- Proven software engineering experience shipping production systems end-to-end
- Strong product intuition and experience working alongside design/product
- Systems thinking — reliable, maintainable architecture across the stack
- Fast-paced startup experience and high ownership mentality
Compensation
£80,000-£130,000 base + equity | London (Shoreditch, 3 days/week minimum) | Visa sponsorship available
