Salary: up to £120,000

Arcus Search have partnered with a high-growth AI start-up helping enterprise organisations adopt AI at scale. Following strong growth, they are looking for an Engineering Manager to support the next stage of scaling across engineering, product delivery, and platform capability.
The role:
This is a hands-on Engineering Management role focused on scaling teams, improving delivery predictability, and strengthening both the product and underlying architecture. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership, overseeing day-to-day delivery while helping shape technical direction, team structure, and engineering best practices.
We’re looking for:
- Start-up / Scale-up experience
- Experience within B2B SaaS or AI-Native organisations
- Leadership experience
- A product mindset
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
