This role offers the chance to work directly alongside the CEO on the growth and development of the business, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to take the next step towards Director level.
The consultancy delivers a strong mix of projects across the residential and commercial sectors, with work ranging from high-end residential developments and refurbishments through to complex commercial schemes. The successful candidate will play a key role in:
• Leading and delivering structural projects from concept through to completion
• Managing and developing client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring engineers within the team
• Assisting with business development and company growth
• Working closely with the CEO on strategic and operational matters
• Helping shape the future direction of the consultancy
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong UK consultancy experience
• Chartered status or near Chartership
• Experience leading residential and commercial projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness and leadership potential
• Ambition to progress into a Director-level position
