Quell Design is a dynamic, design-led house of acoustic booth brands. We sit at the forefront of workplace and interior innovation, supplying premium acoustic solutions to leading architects, interior designers and workplace consultants.

We are seeking a driven A&D Consultant to focus on market prospecting, relationship building and early-stage deal origination. This role is front-facing and highly active. Your priority will be to be out in the market, getting our product ranges specified on major upcoming workplace projects.

Key Responsibilities

• A&D Relationship Building: Nurture and expand relationships with architects, interior designers and workplace consultants across London.
• Early-Stage Specification: Target upcoming office fit-outs, refurbishments and new-build projects to secure early-stage product specifications.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Be a regular fixture in the design community, attending evening industry events, networking functions and trade shows to generate leads.
• Pipeline Tracking: Work closely with the Head of BD to track market trends, identify competitor activity and hand over secured tenders to the sales support team.
• Pipeline Management: Keep our internal CRM highly organised and disciplined as you consistently generate new project leads.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or specification role within commercial interiors, FF&E or workplace consultancy.
• A&D Network: An existing “black book” of contacts and a deep understanding of the London A&D community.
• Proactive Drive: A clear hunter mentality – you are energised by opening doors, pitching to creatives and building long-term rapport.
• After-Hours Flexibility: Because the A&D scene thrives after 6 PM, you must be willing and able to regularly attend networking and showroom events in central London.
