The Company

The Shore Group has been appointed by a Tier 1 Main Contractor to support the appointment of a Senior Project Manager. The business is well regarded within the market, delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects across London.

With a strong and consistent pipeline of work, the organisation continues to build on its position within the commercial fit-out sector, supported by long-standing client relationships and a considered approach to delivery.

Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for a portfolio of projects, overseeing delivery from inception through to completion. Projects typically range in value from £2 million to £15 million, requiring a structured and commercially focused approach to programme, cost, and quality management.

You will take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, including tendering and pre-construction phases, project initiation, delivery, and post-completion aftercare.

As part of your role, you will take the lead in managing relationships with both clients and the wider professional team. This includes working with cost and project management consultants, architectural practices, and professional quantity surveyors.

You will play a key role in tendering, contributing to work-winning activity, and building strong, lasting relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality outcomes across projects.

The Requirements

In line with the requirements of the position, the successful candidate will ideally bring experience across the following:

  • Proven experience operating as a Project Lead within the commercial fit-out sector, delivering CAT B office projects

  • Demonstrable experience delivering both traditional fit-out contracts and Stage 2 hybrid projects

  • Track record of successfully managing multiple projects valued between £2m–£15m from inception to completion

  • Knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including tendering, pre-construction, delivery, and post-completion stages

  • Experience in producing and managing construction programmes using industry-standard planning software

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with professional teams, including cost consultants, architects, and quantity surveyors
