Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate- City Law Firm

Our client is a high quality boutique City law firm with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.

Role:

• Mainly act for Lloyd’s and company insurers in defending professional indemnity claims against policyholders ( at the moment this is mainly solicitors and financial advisers but also includes other professions
• Wider financial line matters including D&O claims, regulatory investigations, enforcement (mainly FCA) and coverage issues
• Experience defending construction professionals is not essential but an added bonus

Successful candidate:

• England & Wales Qualified Solicitor
• 5-8 PQE
• Minimum 5 years experience specialising in professional indemnity gained within a UK law firm
