Interim Project Manager

Starfish Search is supporting a London Borough to appoint an Interim Project Manager – Capital Projects to lead a major depot redevelopment programme.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will manage a complex capital project, working closely with stakeholders across the council to drive delivery and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale depot redevelopment programme
• Manage project activity across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the council and partner organisations
• Coordinate project planning, governance, risk and reporting activity
• Ensure projects are delivered against agreed timelines, budgets and objectives
• Drive progress and resolve challenges across a complex delivery environment
• Support wider capital project activity where required

About you:

• Proven experience delivering complex capital or regeneration projects
• Experience working on large-scale redevelopment programmes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Comfortable operating across multifunctional projects with competing priorities
• Experience within Local Government is advantageous
• Strong programme management, communication and problem-solving skills
