Sport — premium hospitality, sponsorship activations, fan zones, racing events, and opening ceremonies.
Brands — conferences, product launches, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and immersive brand experiences.
Entertainment — large-scale live shows, touring concerts, and technically complex productions featuring world-class talent.
Role Purpose:
They’re looking for a Senior 2D Designer to lead high-quality visual design across live events, brand activations, hospitality and sports projects.
This is a hands-on senior role for a designer who can turn creative ideas into bold, engaging and well-crafted visual experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead high-quality 2D design across live, digital and spatial projects
- Turn creative ideas into strong visual systems, graphics and brand experiences
- Create clear, engaging designs across environments, signage, screens, social and presentations
- Ensure all work is consistent, polished and production-ready
- Collaborate with 3D, motion, content and production teams to deliver seamless experiences
- Support and mentor junior designers within project teams
- Contribute to creative thinking and early-stage concepts
- You’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors, who oversee overall creative direction and client leadership.
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in experiential, brand or graphic design
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools
- A strong eye for typography, layout, storytelling and visual systems
- Experience designing for physical spaces, live environments and digital platforms
- Understanding of print, production and fabrication processes
- Motion, animation or UI experience is a plus
- Organised, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
- Awareness of current design, culture and visual trends
This is a senior-level 2D design role with opportunities to:
- Take on more creative leadership
- Shape concepts and creative direction

- Progress into broader creative or discipline leadership roles
Typical Experience:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in experiential, brand, event, spatial or design-led environments
- Strong experience creating brand-led environments, event graphics and presentation design
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through to production-ready delivery
