Director – Commercial Property Agency
We’re partnering with a modern commercial property consultancy to appoint a Director within its Agency team.
This role will suit an MRICS-qualified commercial property professional with experience in the Central London and South East office markets who is looking for greater autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to help shape a growing business.

The Role
You’ll lead a team of 3–4 Agency Surveyors, advising occupier and landlord clients on office leasing transactions across London and the South East.
Alongside managing the team, you’ll be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new instructions, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency business.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary consultancy, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a range of commercial property disciplines, providing a varied and engaging workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Agency Surveyors
- Advise occupier and landlord clients on office leasing matters
- Manage agency instructions across Central London and the South East
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider consultancy
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the agency team
About You
- MRICS qualified
- Strong commercial property agency experience, ideally within office markets
- Knowledge of the Central London and/or South East market
- Background within a property consultancy
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing surveyors
- Commercially minded with a track record of winning work
