This opportunity sits within the Non-Contentious Construction team, advising on construction procurement and contractual arrangements for major developments. The team provides strategic and commercial advice on building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and related security documentation for a wide range of clients, including developers, funds, and institutions.
What They’re Looking For
- Newly qualified solicitor with relevant construction experience from training (Will consider September 2026 qualifiers)
- Strong technical skills in reviewing and drafting construction documents
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and demonstrate attention to detail
- A proactive approach and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
