The role
You’ll work across a broad range of private M&A transactions, with exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work from day one. The firm handles the full deal lifecycle, from structuring through to execution; and associates here get meaningful responsibility early.
What they’re looking for
- 3+ PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international firm
- Solid transactional experience in high-value private M&A
- Strong academics and sharp commercial instincts
- Any exposure to public M&A, energy sector transactions, or alternative investors (hedge funds, PE sponsors) is advantageous, but the fundamentals matter most
