Commercial Office Projects | Recently Qualified Part 3 – 8 Years’ PQE
My client, a highly respected AJ100 architectural practice, is seeking a talented Architect to join their growing and collaborative team working on high-quality commercial office projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Part 3 Architect through to someone with up to 8 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to further develop their career within a well-established and design-focused practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial office schemes, including both retrofit and new build developments.
The successful candidate will ideally have well-rounded project experience across all RIBA stages, with strong technical and delivery capabilities, particularly across Stages 3–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial office projects from concept through to completion
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
- Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors, and wider design teams
- Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Utilise Revit daily for project documentation and technical coordination
- Attend client meetings and assist with project coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Recently qualified Part 3 Architect through to 8 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong Revit proficiency with previous experience using Revit within a UK practice
- Experience working on UK-based projects
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Ideally ARB registered
- Experience working on commercial office projects, including retrofit and/or new build developments
- Strong technical ability, particularly across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills
