Senior Project Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
An independent, design-led project management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its London team. The business delivers high-quality commercial development, workplace, and hospitality projects.
The consultancy delivers a diverse portfolio of design-led projects across commercial, workplace, hospitality, and experiential sectors. Work ranges from the repositioning and fit-out of global fintech headquarters in London, to luxury hospitality environments, to unique experiential spaces such as high-end cooking school interiors and branded destination concepts. Across all projects, the focus remains on design quality, user experience, and delivering distinctive spaces for world-class clients.
The Role
You will lead projects end-to-end, acting as the primary client interface while managing consultants, contractors, and overall delivery. The role sits within a high-performing, non-corporate team where individuals take full ownership of both projects and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects from inception through to completion
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Manage programme, cost, risk, and stakeholder coordination
Lead consultant and contractor teams
Support junior team members and contribute to team development
Requirements
Experience delivering commercial office or workplace projects in London
Strong technical understanding across the full project lifecycle
Confident client-facing and commercially aware
Consultancy or client-side background
Relevant degree qualification
