  • Comfortable working autonomously during construction with light-touch senior support.
  • Experience managing RFIs, technical queries, change control, and maintaining accurate project information during construction.
  • A process-driven individual able to manage programmes, track progress, and issue technical information on time and to the required standard.
  • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and represents the practice professionally.
  • Experience with High Risk Buildings and Gateway submissions would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Competitive pension scheme
  • Professional membership fees paid
  • Private healthcare
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • TravelCard / season ticket loan
  • One-month paid sabbatical after long service
  • An additional day off for birthdays
  • Regular social events and studio activities
  • For the right person there is the opportunity to grow into the role of our Technical Associate over 2-3 years.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and design-focused studio culture

The practice is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. This is a key hire for the practice, reflecting a growing volume of construction-led work and a strategic focus on strengthening their reputation for competent, high-quality project delivery. The role would suit a Project Architect who enjoys responsibility, values strong technical standards, and wants to play an important part in shaping and supporting an expanding delivery portfolio.
