MIDWEIGHT DESIGNER ✨ Global Beauty Group (LDN)

I’m partnering exclusively with a hugely recognisable beauty/lifestyle name that’s going through a massive growth phase globally, particularly across the US market.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a Designer who wants more than just sitting behind a screen executing artwork. The business has major brand awareness, PE backing, exciting growth plans, and the energy of a start-up with a non-corporate environment, despite being an established name.

They’re known for disruptive launches, viral moments, big collaborations, and creative campaigns that genuinely cut through the market noise! Launching everything from large-scale Times Square campaigns through to playful pop-culture/influencer partnerships, and they want someone who can bring fresh thinking, energy and momentum into the creative team.

The Role:

The team are looking for a Mid-Weight Designer responsible for highly creative design drive and sitting across brand, marketing and campaign management.

  • GTM campaigns
  • Product & Packaging design/launch support

  • Influencer & PR collaboration

  • Photoshoot planning / creative direction support

The team already has strong packaging-focused designers, so this hire is ideally for someone with strong brand, social and marketing instincts.

The environment is fast-paced but genuinely supportive; they need someone who can bring positive energy into the office, be a leader when the VP of Design is OOO, and help elevate the creative output across the brand.

Ideal Experience:

  • 3–5 years experience in Beauty/fashion/lifestyle/FMCG
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and packaging work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
  • Understanding of social-first design, TikTok/IG creative trends, and retail design
  • Excellent typography, layout, and colour skills with a refined, modern aesthetic
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
  • Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Social-first understanding is really important
  • Someone ambitious who still wants to build and grow
