Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate – London – Salary up to £160k + Benefits + Bonus
An internationally recognised law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its market-leading Employment practice in London.
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious to work closely with a senior partner group on complex, high-profile employment matters. The role offers exceptional exposure to sophisticated clients, intellectually challenging work and genuine autonomy within a high-performing, collaborative team.
You will sit within a well-resourced London team supported by a large international employment platform, providing access to cross-border projects and career-defining work across multiple sectors including technology, retail and life sciences.
The Role
- Advising on complex Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Supporting strategic employment advisory work on business-critical issues
- Leading aspects of cross-border employment projects and restructures
- Advising on executive appointments, exits and sensitive workforce issues
- Supporting TUPE, outsourcing and employment aspects of corporate matters
- Handling restrictive covenants and business protection issues
- Managing your own caseload with significant client exposure
- Working closely with partners on high-value, complex mandates
The Candidate
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5–10 years PQE in London
- Strong experience gained within a City or international firm environment
- Background advising on complex employment litigation and advisory matters
- Experience with restrictive covenants and business protection preferred
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships and senior stakeholders
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within an international platform
