The Role

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Trainee Solicitor to join the firm in October 2026 with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor in Autumn 2028. This is a unique opportunity to train in a dynamic, international environment.

As a Trainee Solicitor, you will gain hands-on experience and training in the following practice areas:

– Mergers & Acquisitions

– Data Regulation

– Capital Markets

– Dispute Resolution

– Employment Law

You will work closely with our partners and solicitors, supporting them with the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and intellectually curious individual who either:

– Is already undertaking their SQE studies, or

– Has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC)

You should have:

– A qualifying law degree or completed law conversion

– A strong academic record

– A genuine interest in international legal work and client service
