This is a fully remote role with UK-based travel to client sites.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical specialist with 35 years of ServiceNow experience who is ready to take ownership of technical delivery, contribute to solution design, and play a key role in successful client engagements. You will be supporting not only client success, but the future success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution DeliveryDeliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB workstreamsConfigure and develop platform capabilities including Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrationsProduce high-quality technical documentation including design specifications and test plansEnsure solutions align with platform best practices and are scalable and upgrade-safeTechnical LeadershipLead technical workstreams and coordinate day-to-day delivery activitiesProvide guidance and support to junior consultantsParticipate in design reviews, QA processes, and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify and manage technical risks and issuesClient EngagementBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders and technical teamsFacilitate workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutionsCommunicate progress and technical decisions clearly to a range of audiencesSupport pre-sales activities including solution design and demonstrationsSkills & Experience35 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experienceStrong expertise in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)Experience with ITOM, CMDB, and integrations (REST/SOAP/MID Server)Proven delivery across the full project lifecycleServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS-ITSMExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailMust hold active DV security clearanceDesirableAdditional ServiceNow certificationsExperience with AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platformExposure to public sector or defence environmentsKnowledge of ITIL frameworksBenefitsPrivate medical insuranceDeath in service coverOngoing training and certification support10% annual bonusShare schemeThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow programmes in a highly secure environment, with strong career progression and the chance to make a real impact. xcswzye Apply now to take the next step in your consulting career….
