This is a hands-on role focused on designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions, working across AWS services and third-party integrations to deliver modern customer contact centre platforms.
This role can be operated on a hybrid basis (3 days per week) out of any of our clients UK offices. Alongside the base salary there is an extremely competitive benefits scheme as well as bonus on offer.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable and secure Amazon Connect solutions including IVR, call routing, chat, and automation capabilitiesLead the implementation and delivery of contact centre transformation projectsIntegrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and third-party platforms such as CRM systemsOptimise existing contact centre environments to improve customer experience and operational efficiencyCollaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical delivery teams to gather requirements and define solutionsProduce technical documentation including architecture designs and implementation plansProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and engineersEnsure solutions align with security, compliance, and operational best practices
Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologiesKnowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudFormationUnderstanding of telephony, VoIP, IVR, and contact centre technologiesExperience integrating contact centre platforms with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ZendeskExposure to scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node. xcswzye jsProven experience delivering enterprise contact centre or customer experience solutionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferredAWS Certified Solutions Architect certification desirableAmazon Connect certifications or equivalent hands-on experience beneficialCollaborative and innovation-driven working environment….
