Leading a small, dedicated team, you will oversee membership operations and work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure our members receive excellent service and meaningful opportunities to engage. This is a high-impact role where you will make a tangible difference over the next 12 months—strengthening member engagement and retention while contributing directly to CIHT’s ongoing digital and CRM transformation programme.
