Working alongside experienced litigators, you’ll gain exposure to technically challenging cases while building your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will support senior colleagues on large and multi-track claims while also developing responsibility for your own files. Responsibilities will include carrying out investigations, reviewing medical evidence, taking witness statements and preparing legal documentation. You will liaise closely with clients, ensuring matters are handled proactively and in line with court timetables and client expectations. The role will also involve assisting with litigation processes, procedural hearings and working with Counsel where required. About you This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who: Is NQ–2 years’ PQE with exposure to personal injury litigation Has an interest in complex or higher-value claims Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines Communicates clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues Enjoys working in a fast-paced and technically challenging environment Is motivated to develop specialist expertise in personal injury law The environment This is a collaborative and growing team with a strong reputation for handling complex injury matters.
