Compassionate Care Assistant for Dignity & Wellbeing

HC-One – Plas Cwm Carw is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Port Talbot. As a Care Assistant, you will support the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

This role includes personal care tasks and assistance with daily activities, always ensuring residents’ dignity and individuality is maintained. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate approach and be open to continuous training.
