Job Description:

Rochdale Adult Social Care is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Principal Occupational Therapist.

This is a key strategic role, instrumental in building strong partnerships across Adult Services, Children’s Services, Health, and the wider system. You will play a leading role in embedding occupational therapy, wellbeing principles, and prevention into all areas of practice, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and alignment with best practice.

The role will contribute to enhancing the delivery of the Home Improvement Agency (HIA) and strengthening partnership work. We have an ambitious vision to develop an all-age occupational therapy service, while expanding our prevention, enablement, and technology-enabled care offer.

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with demonstrable leadership and management experience. You will be passionate about driving forward integration and innovative ways of working that support and enhance the vision for Adult Social Care.
