Pay Rate: £14.85/hour weekdays | £15.85/hour weekends | Double pay on Bank Holidays

Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Flexible Shifts Available

Contract: Permanent

What You Will Be Doing

• Companionship: Providing emotional support and building trusted relationships with clients and families.
• Personal Care: Assisting with personal care, washing, and dressing with the utmost respect.
• Nutrition: Preparing fresh meals and drinks.
• Medication: Prompting and supporting clients with vital medication.
• Daily Support: Helping with light household duties and daily routines.
• Mobility: Assisting clients to remain mobile, active, and safe at home.

Role Requirements

• Licence & Vehicle: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Right to Work: Legal Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
• Availability: Shift availability between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, at least 3 weekdays and alternate weekends.
• Gender Exception: Open to female applicants only, permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
