Care & Support Assistant – Nights – Puddingstone Grange

Avante Care & Support is a registered charity supporting older people through registered nursing and dementia care homes and home care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents.
• Support and encourage the well‑being of residents.
• Assist residents with all activities of daily life.
• Work full or part‑time night shifts, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience helpful but not required; training and professional qualification support will be provided.
• Reliable, friendly, and professional.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
