An exciting opportunity has arisen within the East Caithness Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain their independence. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative. The post-holder will provide high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high-quality service to the local community.
Key Responsibilities

- Use initiative and flexibility to meet the needs of patients in their homes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Driving licence is essential for this post.
- Applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
- Full training will be provided; applicants will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
- Experience is not required, although of benefit.
Working Conditions & Benefits
- Set shifts: 5pm to 10pm, 4 days on, 4 days off.
