Care Assistants

Abbeyfield The Dales is a not‑for‑profit care charity with one mission: Making Time for Older People. We have various shift patterns available, including days, nights, full time and part time.

Key Duties

• Provide person‑centred personal care and support with daily living activities
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Monitor health needs and report concerns to senior staff
• Assist with mobility, continence care, meals and use of equipment
• Support residents to engage in social activities and events
• Contribute to care planning and act as a Key Worker as required
• Kind, respectful and dependable
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work the required hours
• Right to work in the UK and able to commute reliably
