Mechanical Fitter – Stroud
£30,000 – £35,000 (potentially £45,000-£50,000 OTE) with bonus, overtime and progression opportunities.
We are a market leader in the aviation industry, offering specialist training and multiple progression pathways. The role is a hands‑on, static position focused on assembling, installing and maintaining bespoke equipment for airports and military clients.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install fluid transfer systems, including pumps, valves and pipes.
- Maintain, fault‑find and repair pneumatic, hydraulic and pipe‑bending equipment.
- Inspect systems for faults, carry out necessary repairs and ensure smooth operation.
Qualifications
- Background in pneumatics, hydraulics or pipe bending.
- Experience in mechanical fitting and maintenance of bespoke equipment.
- Commutable to Stroud.
