Welder – Temporary to Permanent

Location: Lytham St. Annes, England (North West)

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (Contract)

Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour + overtime (T1/3 & T1/2 rates)

Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday – Thursday (approx 37 hours) OR night shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG/MIG welding on mild and stainless steel components.
• Work on runs and small batch production.
• Assist with general duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with TIG and MIG welding processes.
• Ability to start work ASAP.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Thursday or nights.
• Good fit for the local commute to Lytham St. Annes.
