Fixed Days:40 hours per week –08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of long-term projects running through to2026, our client – leading manufacturer of steel components – is expanding their production team and looking to recruit experienced Welders

If you are a skilled Welder looking for a stable, ongoing position with fixed Monday-Friday shifts, this role offers a great opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment as part of a growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing as a MIG Welder / Fabricator

As part of the fabrication team, you will play a key role in manufacturing precision steel

• Welding and fabricating mild steel components
• Operating fabrication machinery including saws, presses, drills, and grinders
• Assembling and finishing steel fabrications to high quality standards
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for reliable and skilled Welders who

• 1-5 years’ MIG welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment
• Confidence using welding equipment and fabrication tools
• A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
