Overview
Perform manufacturing operations within the wafer plant at Caswell, supporting cleanroom production of semiconductor wafers. The role involves managing automated and manual processes, chemical handling, and microscope inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out manufacturing activities according to process instructions.
- Ensure delivery targets are met and achieve standard yields and cycle times.
- Collaborate with managers, coordinators, process and equipment engineers, and other work areas.
- Continue expanding job knowledge to include upcoming products.
- Observe workplace disciplines and safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Good manual dexterity for small/delicate components.
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively.
- Capacity to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
- Multi‑tasking and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Experience
Production and manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Shift Pattern
12‑hour shift: 2 days / 2 nights with 4 days off. As the site is in a rural location, transport is required; no public transport is available.
