Order Management Analyst – Czech & Hungarian Speaker
Shared Service Centre – Customer Fulfillment; Frimley, Surrey, UK. Role to start 6th July 2026. This position is not eligible for relocation.
About the role
As part of the EMEA Shared Service Centre, you will deliver outstanding service for customers in the Czech and Hungarian markets, manage supply‑chain meetings, stock allocations, order processing, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan and execute the customer fulfilment journey.
Responsibilities
- Leverage communication and influencing skills to manage order flow and maximise customer case‑fill and on‑time delivery in line with departmental and customer targets.
- Collaborate with the customer fulfilment team and the Associate Manager to provide outstanding customer service.
- Analyse trade customer data, recommend improvements and build strong relationships to drive commercial and supply‑chain initiatives.
- Professionally manage stock allocations in line with local sales and supply‑chain expectations, including low or out‑of‑stock situations.
- Manage new product listings and delists for customers in coordination with local sales and logistics service providers.
- Support promotional grids and collaborate with local sales teams to manage customer promotions and trade events.
- Ensure accurate and smooth processing of customer orders and master data (customer & material data) in SAP.
- Implement ongoing effectiveness improvements to order‑management activities using LEAN tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, Czech, and Hungarian – written and verbal communication skills.
- Graduate‑level education.
- Supply‑chain experience or comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain (desirable).
- Previous experience in customer service and order management (desirable).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools an advantage (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work under pressure, keen attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and willingness to adapt.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
