Platform Admin – Case Management

We’re looking for a Platform Administrator – Case Management to design, configure, and deliver solutions across a suite of market-leading low‑code/no‑code SaaS platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Platform Administrator or power user within low‑code/no‑code platforms
• Strong background in software delivery or business analysis
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a logical, detail‑oriented mindset
• Ability to translate between technical and non‑technical stakeholders effectively
• Experience owning tasks end‑to‑end, breaking down requirements and estimating delivery
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
