Transition Social Worker – Youth to Adult LD Services

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities.

This full-time, permanent position offers hybrid working and a salary of £40,192 – £44,012 per annum, plus a retention bonus of £3,000. The ideal candidate will have experience in both children’s and adult services and will support the transition of young people into adult services.
