The Workplace Experience Coordinator will work primarily from our Cardiff office with monthly travel to our Manchester office. The role keeps these offices running, supports new‑starter onboarding, and supports company events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the day‑to‑day running of our Cardiff and Manchester offices – floor walks, facilities, supplies, and sorting problems before anyone has to ask.
  • Be the first point of contact for office issues and manage relationships with building management and third‑party providers.
  • Keep both offices stocked and compliant – from snack orders to health and safety checks.
  • Support new starter onboarding so that first days feel seamless, not scrambled.
  • Welcome visitors and candidates and make sure their experience reflects well on the business.
  • Support company events, travel bookings, and day‑to‑day financial admin including invoice processing.
  • Someone who notices what others miss and takes genuine pride in their environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping anything.
  • A confident communicator who is equally comfortable with employees, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and resolving issues quickly, not just escalating them.
  • Comfortable with basic financial admin – processing invoices and tracking spend.
  • Able to travel to Brighton regularly, minimum monthly.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in office administration or facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfort with basic financial admin.
  • Familiarity with supplier relationship management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Brighton monthly.
