SEND Learning Support Assistant – Inspire Independence

Weston College seeks a part-time Learning Support Assistant to provide essential support for students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) across its campuses in Weston-super-Mare. This term-time position involves working 29.6 hours per week over 38 weeks each year.

Responsibilities include implementing Additional Learning Support Plans, providing support for students in group and individual settings, and helping students develop their study skills. Ideal candidates will have experience in educational or social care settings.
