Skilled Maintenance Operative
BCS is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our Estates Team and help ensure our buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This role is split across both our school site teams depending on requirements.
Proven practical skills across a range of trades is essential.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the school by maintaining a safe, secure, clean and well-presented environment.
- Provide skilled support in general maintenance, repairs, health and safety compliance, and site security.
- Ensure that the school environment is welcoming and conducive to teaching and learning.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a school is desirable.
