We are recruiting an Office Coordinator to be part of the Rapport team, based at our client’s office in Bristol. You will be part of a large and diverse team supporting our client: a Fortune Global 500 company, where excellence and creativity are the norm daily. Reporting to the Office Operations Specialist, this role is at the heart of the office, helping everything run smoothly, seamlessly, and specially. If you can create memorable experiences and spark instant rapport with guests arriving at the building, we are looking for you.
Contract & Salary
Type of contract: Part‑time, Permanent; Hours: 26 per week (Monday‑Friday, over 3 days on a shift rota basis); Salary: £19,100 per annum.

Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional warm and welcoming working environment to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations on the floor.
- Complete floor walks and audits to maintain tidiness and enforce the clear desk policy while monitoring space usage.
- Support meetings and events (planning, administration, catering orders, liaising with other departments, updating trackers and reports).
- Report maintenance/cleaning issues to the service desk and follow up on progress.
- Engage in individual and team training as required.
Qualifications

- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs).
- Excellent command of the English language, verbal and written.
- Innovative, adaptable, flexible, proactive, organised, detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and resourceful with a can‑do attitude.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and considerate manner at all times, acting as a role model for the team.
- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service in everything you do.
- Preferably, previous customer service experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or corporate environment.
