Production Operative – Full Training Provided

• Salary: 12.71 Per Hour, Increasing With Training
• Shifts: 6am – 3pm, Sunday-Friday + Additional Day Off Midweek
• Location: Northwich

This Food Manufacturing company supplies Fresh Produce to both small & large supermarkets as well as restaurant groups across the UK, operating a modern hydroponic farming environment to produce several thousand tonnes of goods annually.

Full training can be provided covering advanced machinery and FLT operation, with opportunity to progress into a Line Leader position. Prior experience from a FMCG or Agricultural background is highly advantageous but not essential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Initially focusing on product packaging while undertaking training in more complex production machinery operation.
• Carrying out basic checks – metal detection, temperatures, hygiene etc.
• Learning about FLT operation in preparation for gaining certification.
• Ensuring work is carried out in a safe manner & supporting with site compliance.

Requirements

• Eager to learn and comfortable with hands‑on work.
• Positive and friendly attitude, capable of working well with others.
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
