The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in SEN settings
- Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress

- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar setting)
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting learning and development
