Expanding, forward‑thinking and team‑oriented, a multi‑billion pound global freight forwarding business who are actively recruiting for a customer services administrator to join their team. With 350 offices worldwide, this role will see you working in their modern, purpose‑built offices, playing a vital part within their team:
- Handling client / customer calls and processing orders.
- Inputting order information and checking inventory records.
- Producing inventory reports via internal system.
- Raising client invoices.
- Liaising with transport companies to arrange UK‑based pickup / delivery of products.
- Providing warehouse staff with order information to prepare for dispatch.
- Email and telephone correspondence with clients.
Qualifications
- Background in administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and confidence in learning new packages.
- CRM system experience is beneficial; full training provided.
