The successful Production Operative will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across the site.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off days shift pattern

Desirable Qualities

• FMCG manufacturing experience
• Experience working with automated machinery
• Basic fault‑finding or machine operating knowledge
• FLT licence (advantageous but not essential)
