Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused individual to join our growing team at NFU Mutual’s Market Bosworth Agency. As a Customer Services Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs efficiently while delivering top‑tier service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Processing insurance policy changes with a proactive, solution‑driven approach.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supporting the team in achieving business objectives.
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector (preferred but not essential).
• IT proficiency, with experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems as an advantage.
• Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
