Role Overview
As a Team Leader at Superdrug, you’ll support the management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store, drive sales, and deliver customer service that keeps people coming back. You will help keep shelves stocked, maintain store appearance, reduce shrinkage, correct till errors, and help the team hit targets.
Responsibilities
Driving sales, managing shift operations, maintaining store presentation, ensuring accurate till handling, supporting staff development, and meeting performance targets.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred
- Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
- Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential)
Pay & Hours
Hours: 20 hours a week with the opportunity to work more. Flexible shift pattern – 5 out of 7 days. Salary: £13.50 per hour.
