We’re seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a 29-year-old man with Autism (PDA profile) and epilepsy in York.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living support and companionship
- Promote independence and well-being
- Accompany on outings (theatre, swimming, shopping, more)
- Utilise de‑escalation techniques (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
About You
- Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities
- Calm, confident, and empathetic demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Valid DBS check required

- £13 to £15 per hour day rate + overnight sleep‑in rate of £9.55 per hour
