• Willbe working under the direction of the SENCO to deliver agreed work withindividuals and groups, in and out of the classroom.
• Will playa pivotal role in supporting students with a range of needs and challenges toenable them experience the broad and balanced curriculum, which is their right.

A key aspect of the role will involveworking closely with students who require emotional support and nurturingrelationships, empowering them to engage with their learning and develop the confidence,skills and independence needed in accessing the curriculum.

• Successfulcandidate will be truly committed to supporting the students to make progressand achieve, with have high expectations and aspirations for student’s success.
• They will activelycontribute to ongoing planning with imaginative and dynamic ideas, playing akey role in the school’s journey towards outstanding.
• All students andstaff are provided with an electronic device to enhance learning and promoteindependence, supporting a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
