Factory Operative – Witham, Essex

12.71 per hour Full-Time Ongoing Temporary Role

Monday to Friday Day Shift Early Finish Every Friday

We are currently recruiting Factory Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

Key Responsibilities

• Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
• Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions
• Operating simple machinery (full training provided)
• Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch
• Completing quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous factory, production, warehouse, or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated individuals
• Strong teamwork skills and a good work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling duties
