Job Description:
The University of Reading is seeking a Sports Operations Coordinator to lead a small team in the SportsPark department. This role demands excellent communication, a genuine interest in sports and fitness, and the ability to work a flexible shift pattern that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
You will support the Sports Facilities Managers with daily operations, provide front-of-house support, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure all Health & Safety procedures are properly followed.
