Service & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Slough (Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £35,000

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30

We are representing a premium aesthetic technology equipment distributor based in Slough. They supply high‑end, cutting‑edge devices to clinics and businesses across the UK. We are looking for a highly organised, hands‑on Coordinator to join the team.

This is a high‑energy, fast‑paced role that requires a real character. You’ll be managing busy service engineer diaries, handling physical stock in the warehouse, and coordinating the logistics required to get the equipment to customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engineer Scheduling: Coordinating and booking site visits for a team of 3 specialist engineers, managing diaries, and ensuring efficient route planning.
  • Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement, delivery, and tracking of high‑value equipment and demonstration units for the sales team.
  • Stock Management: Hands‑on work in the workshop when required, ensuring new deliveries of equipment are checked, stored and distributed efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, updating them on engineer ETAs, and resolving service‑related issues.
  • Problem Solving: Reacting quickly when plans change.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven Experience: A solid background in operations coordination, service coordination, hire desk control, or logistics. Experience dealing with field‑based engineers, technicians, or drivers highly desirable.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Adaptable and able to make decisions effectively, even whilst under pressure.
  • Top‑Tier Communication: Excellent telephone manner and the ability to manage customer expectations professionally.
  • Tech Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal scheduling/operational software.
